Jennie and Grace Coffee Shop is a FABulous boutique with room for a ladies tea party, bridal or baby shower, executive meetings, club gatherings, sewing groups, board meetings, and much more.

Fees and Obligations:
- Lower-Level Meeting area Holds 40 with tables and chairs and 55-60 with Chairs Only, always $25.00.
- Upper-Level Dining Area Holds 28 seating or 40 mingling. $50.00 fee during low traffic hours. $250.00 during morning and lunch hours. Saturday Mornings are a premium$275.00 and book up fast.
- Entire Facility holds about 70-80 at tables and chairs and 90-100 mingling. $75.00 fee during low traffic times , $275 during morning and lunch hours. Saturday mornings are a premium $300.00 and book up fast.
- Ask for a catering menu. Catering is available at additional cost. We do not cater off site. No outside food may be brought into the facility. No exceptions per our health department license. Thank you.
- We can make specialty cakes and cupcakes for dessert. We do not do cake decorating.
- We do not hold a liquor license at this time and are not able to purchase liquor for you. Please make arrangements with the owner prior to your event if you want to serve wine only. No hard liqueur please.
- 4-hour reservation, $10.00 an hour beyond 4 hours.
